Vietnamesse Wild forest pepper or Hat Mac Khen (10g Net weight)
Grown in the Northwest of Vietnam, its flavour similar to Szechuan peppercorns with the spice. it has a distinctive citrus and warm woody tones and slight aniseed flavour. It works well with asian vegetables like choi sum and or grind on to fish or to any dish which needs a citrus kick.
